ROYAL HISTORICAL SOCIETY OF VICTORIA
Established in 1909, the Royal Historical Society of Victoria Inc. has an
extensive collection of manuscripts, documents, postcards and photographs
relating to the history of all areas of Victoria, Australia. Membership of
the RHSV allows members’ participation in excursions, lectures,
exhibitions, receipt of regular newsletters and to research their
collection from Monday to Friday 10am – 4 pm at 239 A’Beckett Street
Melbourne 3000. |
STATE LIBRARY OF VICTORIA
The State Library of Victoria has, within its archives, an extensive
collection of manuscripts, documents and photographs relating to the
history of Victoria. The State Library can be visited at 328 Swanston
Street Melbourne Victoria 3000. |
NATIONAL LIBRARY OF AUSTRALIA
The National Library of Australia has, within its archives, an extensive
collection of photographs relating to the history of all the states and
territories throughout Australia.

PICTURE AUSTRALIA
Picture Australia, hosted by the National Library of Australia brings
together a collection of 600,000 images from seventeen institutions, both
in Australia and overseas, which may be browsed free of charge.

Gisborne Region Events and Tourism promote events
and encourage tourism, and produce a monthly newsletter, while the
Gisborne District Business Association represents the businesses in the
Gisborne District. |

Mount
Macedon and Macedon Business and Tourism Association
represent the businesses in the Mount Macedon District by among other
activities, fund raising for local charity, producing tourist brochures
and erecting Christmas lights in the villages of Macedon and Mount
Macedon. |

Macedon
Ranges Accommodation Inc. is a representative group for
accommodation operators in the Macedon Ranges, dedicated to support and
promote members, and to consult and participate with neighbouring regions
to promote tourism opportunities, activities and events. |
